 Behaviour Policy- July 2017-18

Positive Handling Policy agreed by governors 23/5/17

Extract from the Headteacher's Behaviour Report to Governors March 2016

Behaviour and welfare were judged outstanding during our RE inspection in December. On Tuesday 15th March, we have arranged a special behaviour reward for all the children who have avoided red behaviour this term. Commando Joe’s will be visiting school for the day and bringing their inflatable assault course for the children to tackle. Pupil leadership groups continue to play and important part in daily life at St Anne’s; the school and sports leaders have recently worked with pupils to develop the outdoor areas for play and lunchtimes; the items pupils voted for are in the process of being purchased.

The Caritas Social worker continues to support children and families within the school as part of our Early Help strategy and we are currently exploring employing a speech and language therapist for ½ a day a week to meet the increase language needs of pupils.
