Our topic is what toys were famous when um and dad were little? 

This week we had a look at a toy from over 100 years ago that our grandparents grandparents may have played with. It was a ball and a cup. 

We made it using a plastic cup with a hole in the bottom. We attached string to the cup and attached the other side of the string to tinfoil which we then scrunched up. 

You have to flick the ball into the cup. We enjoyed playing with these "toys" but we decided we are very lucky and prefer our toys today.
