This week in year 5 we have been learning about black history month. We have learnt about Martin Luther King, he was a civil rights leader who never gave up. On Thursday 16th October we will be having a workshop. We are all very excited.
In cooking we have been baking rock cakes, apple strudel, apple crumble and pretzels. Thank you to our wonderful chef for teaching us some awesome recipes.
We are also in the middle of making a new R.E display outside the classroom. This will be about co-creators of God. We are doing them about people such as Marie Curie, Einstein and rocket scientist Dr. Anita Sengupta.
