On Monday, we went on another trip to Our Lady's High School for a science lesson. This week, we used an ICT suite which looked really impressive.
Our first challenge was to explain how a tasty burger ends up as feces (poo!) There was lots of talk of feces, this made some of us feel abit sick.
Later, with our partners we matched labels of our digestive system to a diagram. Emma and Sophia were the first to complete it...or so they thought. They had mixed 2 of the labels up but quickly corrected their work.

Next, we watched a video that showed us what happens at each stage to our food as it passes through our digestive system. While watching the video, we made notes of what we learnt and shared these with each other afterwards.
It was quite funny talking about poo all morning but Miss Whitehead said that we were very sensible.
We can't wait to go back for another science lesson!
