This week in English we read a book called "Not a stick". We could see it was a stick but the stick turned into a fishing rod, flag, paintbrush, weight, whip, spear and sword.  We collected some sticks of our own and spent some time thinking of our immaginary object. 

We worked in twos and we came up with ideas with our talk partners.

Then we all sat back on the carpet area and we showed everyone our ideas. We turned our stick into many things. Some favourites were a magic wand, a walking stick, a window cleaning stick, a horse and a lollypop stick.
