Today we explored how people celebrate Chinese New Year. We watched a 'dragon dance' in the hall and listened to 5M's brilliant assembly which told us lots of information about China. We came back to our classroom and tried some Chinese food; Sweet and sour noodles, seweed, prawn crackers and fortune cookies. Some of the food was delicious but nobody really liked the seaweed. We danced to some chinese music and then ahad a party with red baloons, a lucky colour in China. Gong hei fat choy!
